Upon assumption of the management responsibilities, a specific plan would be designed following a detailed review of the individual leases, the income and operating expenses and the present leasing and marketing plan. Premier Commercial Brokerage is prepared to work closely with tenants during all phases of initial tenant improvements and space rehabilitations. We are accustomed to analyzing tenant space plans and verifying the architectural and construction design compatibility for each project. The monitoring of all phases of the construction process to assure compliance with owner standards and local governmental ordinances are included in our management program.

Our ability to perform these services is not limited to the abilities of our immediate staff but includes professionally licensed general contractors and architects who work with us on a regular basis. Fees for professional services required of these associates are not included in our management fee and would be billed separately to the property based on the fee schedules of each service if needed after receiving owner approval.
